Raw Material Inspection

Product inspection reports and quality certificates are thoroughly checked with the actual goods received for each batch of material that enters our factory.

Mechanical Processing

All of our products abide strictly to our in house developed blueprints. Some of our mechanical processes include pipe cutting, punching, grinding, etc.

Welding

Once the pre-welding preparations are completed, we weld the components together strictly abiding to our in-house developed blueprints. No welding defects of any kind are accepted.

Surface Treatment

Common surface treatments include galvanizing, powder coating, spray painting (if required) etc.

Surface Repair

After surface treatment is completed, there may be some deviations upon inspection. To combat this, we repair what is needed by
Common Processes: sizing, disposal of zinc slag, deburring, repair coating etc.

Fitting

To ensure that the products can match each other, we fit the end products to make sure the components are precisely made.
